After the long, hot summer break and the discovery of a wasps’ nest in the garden beds, which forced us to postpone our October gathering, it’s finally time to get our hands back in the soil!
See you on Saturday, November 7, from 10 am to 12 noon.
It will be a morning dedicated to getting the community garden back into shape after the summer: we’ll tidy up the garden beds, work on new sowings and autumn planting, and spruce up the green spaces. A chance to get together again, take care of Hortus as a community, and prepare it for the cooler months ahead.
The activity is open to everyone, with or without gardening experience. Participation is free of charge.
Children, parents, grandparents, friends, groups or solo volunteers: age and experience don’t matter. What matters is the desire to spend time together outdoors and care for nature!
What to bring: comfortable clothes (ideally in layers), closed-toe shoes and a water bottle.
We can’t wait to see you again. Looking forward to welcoming you at Hortus!
