On Saturday June 21st 2014 at 10.30 am, to a special outdoor workshop, for parents and children, at Hortus Urbis, the ancient roman garden in the Appia Antica Park.

At 10.30 am – IL GIOCO DEI TIMBRI| Special workshop for Kids and their family (in Italian) to make personalized rubber stamps, by Studio Arturo

Hear ye, hear ye mothers and fathers!

A workshop to learn how to make a fun game with rubber stamps, of the kind you cannot find in any toystore!

Every adult will work aside with their children, building together a unique rubber stamp kit to play with and why not to go back to childhood for some hours.

A jungle full of wild beasts, musicians and dancers to explore at any time!

You will learn how to make rubber stamps in a short time.

So simple, you can repeat the fun at home with the rest of the family.

  • 4 years onwards
  • Fee: 30euro per every kit (all materials included) parents with more than one child can build one or reserve more for each child
  • Limited availability
  • Registration: 15 minutes before the beginning of the workshop
  • Time: about 2 hours
  • Reservations until 6 pm of Friday June 20th at hortus.zappataromana@gmail.com

How to reach us

Hortus Urbis at the former paper mill “ Cartiera Latina”, via Appia Antica, 42 /50 (near the fountain)

Bike: Cristoforo Colombo bike route and Circonvallazione Ardeatina.

Bus: 118 and 218 on the Appia Antica (Domine Quo Vadis stop) or 30express, 714 and 715 (Cristoforo Colombo/Bavastro stop or Cristoforo Colombo/Circonvallazione Ostiense stop) and then short walk along the Circonvallazione Ardeatina in the Scott Park.

Car: parking at via Carlo Conti Rossini, Largo Gavaligi, via Omboni, via Scott and surroundings and then short walk along the Circonvallazione Ardeatina in the Scott Park.
